Our carefully curated team can help you settle in your primary or second home and handle your day-to-day needs, from grocery shopping and laundry to organizing your closets or pantry to meeting with designers or contractors. We can manage your primary or vacation homes and have services ranging from set hours every week to special events, such as preparing your vacation home before arrival.

We work with short-term rental owners who self-manage their homes. We help our investor clients get their rental homes furnished and set up. We take inventory of every room to ensure the guests have everything they need for a dreamy vacation. (Have you ever stayed at a short-term rental and found ten wine openers but zero sharp knives?)

We periodically do “welfare checks” to ensure everything is still correctly stocked, organized, and in perfect condition. We help our clients with deliveries (unpacking and installation), check the work of the cleaning team, and meet contractors as needed. Most of our short-term rental owners live out of state, and they value the support we offer.

We also offer vacation concierge services for you and your guests. We offer amenities such as pre-stocking groceries, arranging fresh flowers, coffee or meal delivery, arranging bonfires, boat rentals or excursions, or anything else that would make your vacation flow gracefully and efficiently.
